Import Image Racing

My experience with Import Image Racing (IIR) has been absolutely amazing. I have placed a few orders with them now, and I am consistently blown away by how fast they process, ship, and deliver their products. Their customer service is also top-tier. Most recently, I ordered a radiator, radiator hoses, and a radiator cap. Because my car was already at the repair shop, I paid for expedited shipping to get the parts delivered as quickly as possible. When the radiator and hoses shipped together but the cap shipped separately, I was worried the split delivery would delay the mechanics. I reached out to customer service, and Jeff got me completely squared away. He stepped in, took care of the logistics, and ensured all the parts arrived at the shop at the exact same time. I am incredibly impressed with IIR's efficiency and care. They have officially earned a loyal customer, and I will continue to order all the parts for our '05 WRX and '05 Baja Turbo from them!

Let me say that they had the parts they said they had and shipped out in less than a day. Wow. I also chatted with them and they checked on the spot to make sure nothing was on backorder. I'll be sending more money their way for sure. Thanks IIR

I bought the Noble AD-Style swan neck wing for my 2023 GR86. The wing came damaged, but IIR was really great in sending a replacement quickly. This wing is an Adro-style wing for 1/4 of the cost of the real thing, and it is impressive how similar this wing is to the real thing. It looks amazing and install was simple and straightforward. A word of caution to anyone that has purchased this wing, however, is to make sure you build/fabricate some sort of trunk reinforcement panel underneath your trunk, otherwise using the provided washers is not sufficient to prevent trunk damage long-term. I developed a reinforcement panel the same shape and size as the base of the uprights to so that the thin trunk panel is sandwiched between the upright and a 3/16" thick aluminum panel (see images within my review). Anything like this is an absolute must in my opinion if you want this to be sustainable on your trunk under reasonable driving conditions long-term (this still wouldn't be sufficient if you are tracking your car very frequently, but that's not necessarily what this wing is specifically designed for anyways...). Overall, for IIR to offer a near identical replica of the Adro GR86/BRZ swan

I have been shopping at IIR for some time and have bought a couple of items from them as you can see. They have items that I haven’t found at other stores. Or if they did, IIR had better pricing overall. However, I recently had a hiccup with one of my orders. However, after explaining the situation to the rep. He was able to correct the item and situation at hand. So, if you haven’t given them an opportunity yet. It might be time to do so.

I’ve ordered all of my aftermarket parts for my 22+ WRX from IIR. The speed of shipping and ease of using their site is great. Their social media support and web chat support are awesome. And the quality of the products they carry is excellent. I’m no dummy when it comes to working on my car, or installing parts, but I do appreciate the install videos they have for every thing I’ve ordered. Grill, license plate relocate bracket, noble hood bulge, and duck bill spoiler. I look forward to ordering more in the future when my wallet isn’t so empty.
